HOURS & PRICING

Rentable Hours

  • M-TH: rent hourly or daily, 2-hour minimum required

  • Fri, Sat, Sun: full day rental only

  • Full day rental hours: 7am-11:30pm

  • Everyone must be out of the space, all clean up done, all personal items out by 11:30pm.

Pricing

  • $75/hour

  • $500 full day

Payment

  • No deposit required. Full payment is due at booking.

POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

  • 60 days or more = full refund

  • Less than 60 days = 50% refund

Alcohol

  • You can bring and serve your own alcohol.

  • The Green Room does NOT hold a liquor license. You cannot sell tickets to an event that includes alcohol or sell alcohol to guests without a permit. Permits are issued through the City of Fort Collins City Clerk’s office. https://www.fcgov.com/cityclerk/liquor.php

Decorating and Set-Up

  • You will be responsible for all decoration set up and clean up.

  • No holes, nails, staples, tacks or stickers may be attached to the walls. Remove all tape at the end of your event.

  • No glitter, confetti, silly string, rice, or birdseed allowed.

  • You will need to pay for the time you use to decorate.

Cleaning

  • Clients are responsible for cleaning after event.

  • If the space isn’t left satisfactorily cleaned, you will be charged a minimum additional cleaning fee of $100.
